This 2 day group program provides you with the knowledge and practical experiences to establish yourself in daily routines and holistic lifestyle practices that will support your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellness. It is a big “let go” as you detox from old habits and ways and establish yourself in more life-supporting and vitalizing routines. You will be introduced to the principles of Ayurveda: body types, herbs, diet and lifestyle, (one of the world’s oldest and wisest whole body healing systems); Energy anatomy (chakras, energy bodies); the 9 rasas (teachings on emotions from the ancient Vedic texts); Yoga postures and yogic teachings on the 5 minds; A daily breathing practice for vitality and inner peace and an introduction to meditation (the doorway to the Spirit).
