Meditation connects you with your higher self, your divine self, your God self…whatever you want to call it.  In meditation, you can expand beyond the concepts of time and space and the limitations of who you think you are, how your mind has defined you.  You enter into the present moment where you and all is in perfection, and there is nothing to do and nowhere to get to.

The Courage to Be Yourself

What is courage? How do you express it? In this 7 week series, we’ll be exploring what it really means to be courageous. You’ll learn the 3 types of courage and what it takes to put them into action.

The courage to be more you is the courage to engage fully in the play of life. It is about taking the responsibility to show-up and know that you can handle anything you’ve designed through your experiences to learn and grow, so that you can be more you!

Who this program is for:

This program is for you if you are looking to step into your life with greater presence, courage and expression of your uniqueness. If you have been procrastinating, postponing or feel stuck in taking action in your life, this 7 weeks will help you to identify where you are stuck and put you in touch with the powerful being you are to move through any blocks.

What you can expect:

Each week we will explore a theme linked to courage through inspiring spiritual wisdom and practical knowledge. You’ll be guided through a breathwork sequence, which will include gentle spinal warm-ups and breathing practices to ground you in the body, ignite the navel centre and vagus nerve, deeply relax the nervous system and bring calm and clarity to the mind and emotions. We finish each class with a meditation to allow for new pathways to connect in the brain, opening new possibilities for your expansion.

Emotional Healing

Our emotions can take us on a wild ride, leaving us feeling exhausted, confused, unable to focus or be present to others, ourselves and our life. We may feel the intensity of our pain as something that has taken us over and we cannot seem to find a way out. Or, we may choose patterns, behaviours or addictions that help us to numb-out, to not feel the intensity of our pain.

Each week we will explore a different theme of emotional healing:

  • Week 1: The Anatomy and Physiology of the Emotional Body
  • Week 2: The 6 Stages of Emotions: From Commotion to Devotion
  • Week 3: Limited Belief Systems, Conditioning and Emotions
  • Week 4: Emotions and “The Pain Body”
  • Week 5: Real vs. False Emotions, the Ego and Victim/Tyrant Dynamics
  • Week 6: Emotions and Resonance: The Healing Power of Your Voice
  • Week 7: Releasing Blocked Emotions Through Tapping

Breathwork reprograms your brain, releases and discharges emotional stress and tension from the cells of the body and nervous system. Your parasympathetic nervous system is activated and you enter into a deep state of relaxation and upliftment. Breathwork trains your body and mind to be at ease, leading to emotional awareness and calm.

Each week will include:

  • teachings to inspire self-awareness and inner healing
  • group sharing or a guided process
  • gentle spinal warm-ups, some yoga stretches, breathwork and either passive or guided meditation
  • homework reflection question(s)
  • a daily morning breathwork practice (recording will be sent to you)
  • an evening yoga nidra practice (recording will be sent to you)

An introduction to the most powerful tool you posess: your breath!

New to breathwork and meditation? This is the perfect opportunity to learn the foundations of breathwork as you explore powerful breathing sequences for releasing stress, tension and anxiety in the body and mind. Each week you will also be initiated in an experience of meditation, either guided, passive or focussing on an object.
